🔍 Have your coaching contract checked - protect yourself legally now!

You are a coach or consultant: We will check for you whether your coaching offer complies with the current legal requirements.

The current case law of the Federal Court of Justice is causing uncertainty:
Coaching contracts may be null and void - especially if they fall under the German Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG). This can result in repayments, fines and legal disputes.
Many coaches are unaware of this:

✅ Does my offer count as distance learning?
✅ Do I have to have a license?
✅ Are my general terms and conditions watertight?
✅ Am I at risk of having my contract rescinded?

💡 We create clarity - and protect your business.

Our solution
With our contract review specifically for coaches, we offer you:
✔ An individual review of your coaching contract or offer
✔ An assessment of whether your offer falls under the German Distance Selling Act
✔ Information on adjustments, general terms and conditions and rights of withdrawal
✔ Adjustment of your contract by our specialist lawyers

Who is the offer for?
✅ You offer online coaching or digital courses
✅ You work with Zoom, live calls or email coaching
✅ You want to ensure that your contract is legally compliant
✅ You don't want to risk any reclaims

🚨 BGH: FernUSG also applies to B2B contracts

Many coaches believe that they are not affected by the Distance Learning Act because they "only" look after business clients.
However, the BGH has clarified this: Offers that are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs can also fall under the FernUSG - and therefore be null and void if they are not licensed.
